We strongly recommend changing the password associated with your My AVERio login once you receive your initial login details from us and also if you have any reason to believe your password may have been compromised.
Please do not share your login with anyone else.
If you have another user in your family who requires access to the MY AVERio app - please request an additional login from us (it's free).
How to Change Your Password
1. First login to the My AVERio App (if you have forgotten or lost your current password, it can be reset via the password reset link:
2. After logging in click on the profile icon located in the top right corner:
3. Tap the "Account" Option:
4. Click the 'Change Password" button:
5. Enter your current password, and enter your new password (twice in order to confirm) then click change password:
6. You can now login with your new password.
