Logging In

The AVERio Alerts mobile app is designed to facilitate the delivery of new alerts do your mobile device. 

It is intended that alerts will be managed (dismissed/actioned) via the AVERio web application, although the mobile app will allow users to view historic alerts. 

Search for "AVERio Alerts" in your app store. The app is free to download and use. 

You will first need to be supplied with credentials from the AVERio support team before being able to login. 

NOTE: AVERio Alerts app requires a two stage login. 
The first login enables access to our alerts platform and is specific to the mobile app. 
The 2nd login is the same login that you use to access AVERio on a desktop computer/web browser.

Step 1 Login

After downloading the AVERio Alerts app, you'll be greeted with the following login page:

Select "Login" and you'll be presented with mobile app login screen:

Enter your email address and password that was supplied by the AVERio support team. Note - this password will be different from the AVERio dashboard login. Refer to the email from the AVERio support team which references logging in with your "Step 1 Credentials". 

Step 2 Login
If Step 1 login is successful, you'll be presented with the AVERio Dashboard login. This will be the same credentials that you use to access AVERio on a desktop computer:

One logged in successfully, you'll be able to see the live service user action tile, and be able to access historic alerts.
