Overview
1. To terminate a service user, within the service user activity screen, select "View Details":
2. Choose "Edit Record":
3. Enter the required date. This can be a future date if the date is known in advance:
Considerations
When marking a service user as ended, there are some important aspects to bear in mind:
1. Once the end date has passed, the service user will no longer be listed within the dashboard screen (activity tiles).
2. Once the end date has passed, the service user will only appear within the service user list with the filter set to "ended":
3. Once the end date has passed, ALL alerts will cease, irrespective of whether the individual alerts are enabled.
